How can I become a Nimbata agency partner?

The Nimbata agency partner program


The Nimbata Agency Partner Program allows marketing and digital agencies to expand their service offerings with Nimbata’s call tracking and analytics platform while earning ongoing revenue. Partners earn a 15% lifetime commission for each client they onboard to Nimbata’s paid plans.


Key partner features


  • 15% Lifetime Commission: For each client you bring in, you receive 15% of their total invoice for as long as they remain a paying customer.
  • Manager Account: Add unlimited client sub-accounts, onboard clients easily, manage tracking settings, and assign user roles.
  • Simplified Billing: Clients handle their own subscription payments under your Manager Account, removing subscription admin work for you.
  • Brand Visibility: Partners are eligible to be listed in Nimbata’s Agency Directory, helping increase visibility and credibility.
  • White Label Access: Agency partner accounts can be white-labeled so clients see your branding within the platform.


Note: invoices and some communication may still come directly from Nimbata.


How can you join the Nimbata agency partner program? Eligibility requirements


To qualify for the Agency Partner Program, your agency must:


Step 1. Publish a review of Nimbata on G2 and send a screenshot to Nimbata.

Step 2. Have at least one active client on Nimbata’s Pro, Marketing, or Agency plans.


Step 3. Display the Nimbata partner badge on your website linking back to Nimbata, using the following code:

After adding the badge, send a screenshot of your website with the badge and your client list to support@nimbata.com


Upon review, the Nimbata team will contact you about completing the partnership process.


Additional notes

  • There is no earning cap; the more clients you onboard, the more you can earn.
  • Payments for commissions are typically processed monthly for the prior month’s revenue.


Once done, we will come into contact with you and if everything is okay, we can seal the deal!
