How can I activate email summaries?

Email Summaries


Note: This article refers specifically to email summary reports as described in Nimbata’s Help Center. There’s a separate feature for setting up real-time email notifications for individual call or SMS events those are configured under Integrations > Email notifications and use workflows to trigger alerts for specific conditions, not periodic summary reports.

Email summaries are automated reports that give you a regular overview of your call tracking activity. They help you stay informed about call volume, performance, and trends without needing to log in to your Nimbata account each time.


By receiving email summaries, you can monitor changes in call activity, identify patterns over time, and spot potential issues early, such as drops in call volume or changes in call duration. This allows you to take action and adjust your marketing or operational strategy when needed.


Activate Email Summaries


Step 1. Go to your Account Settings. In the Nimbata dashboard, click the account settings icon in the top right corner.



Step 2. Navigate to 'Email Preferences'.



Step 3. Select the project you want summaries for.

Step 4. Decide how often you want to receive email summaries (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly).

Step 5. Select who should receive the notification.

Step 6. Click on 'Send test' to pilot the procedure and activate your email summaries.



Done and done! Now you will regularly receive emails with the summary of your call tracking activity.
