Receiving a regular summary of your call tracking activity via email offers several benefits for businesses, helping you stay informed and make data-driven decisions. Here's why it's useful:

Stay Up-to-Date: Regular email summaries keep you informed about call volume, trends, and key metrics without needing to constantly log in to the call tracking platform.

Identify Trends: Spot patterns and trends in call data over time. For example, a sudden increase in calls might indicate a marketing campaign's effectiveness or a seasonal surge in interest.

Activate Email Summaries



Step 1. Go to Account Settings on the top right corner.


Step 2. Go to Email Preferences and select the project you wish to activate the email summaries for.


Step 3. Choose the frequency of the emails.


Step 4. Choose what kind of data you wish displayed on the email.


Step 5. Click “Save”.


The emails you will start receiving will look like this.


Done and done! Now you will regularly receive emails with the summary of your call tracking activity.
