Can I white label my Nimbata account? How do I set it up?

Requirements: White labeling is only available to users with a paid subscription (Pro, Marketing, and Agency plans).

Why white label your Nimbata account?

The white label feature is the most popular and fastest way that agencies can present their own brand to their clients. Instead of accessing a Nimbata-branded account and domain, agency clients are taken to a custom subdomain with your agency's name, logo, and brand elements (e.g. https://calls.yourdomain.com).

With white labeling, all Nimbata branding is removed from the account, including any mention of Nimbata in the scripts you place on your client's website.

I want to white-label my account - where do I start?

Step 1. Click on your user avatar and select Account Settings or access it directly. You will automatically land on the 'My Profile' tab.

Step 2. Click on the 'White Label' tab.

How to set up your white label account

If you'd like to create a custom white label domain with an SSL certificate please contact our Support team and provide the information below:

  • URL that will host your white label account (e.g. https://calls.yourdomain.com)

Our support team will get back to you with the steps required to setup the DNS CNAMEs in your hosting app.

Configuring your white label account

  1. General Settings

Add a Name, Subdomain, Whitelabeled App URL, and the name of the service (subheading).

  1. Assets & Colors

First upload your marketing assets (logos, favicon). Then, pick the colors of your white-labeled account to match your branding.

Edit your business information, namely Legal Name, Support Email, Telephone, and Contact Page.

  1. Access & Registrations

Select whether you want to allow registrations, if users need to verify their emails, whether admin approval is required for each project, and if users can view integrations which cannot be re-branded or not. Nimbata has all these fields pre-selected by default.

  1. Tracking Script

Add your GA tracking code in case you wish to track visit activity to your white-labeled account.

  1. Email Settings

Configure your email settings, which include the following:
