Can I redirect calls to different destinations if they go unanswered?

Sequential Ringing

With Nimbata, you can redirect calls between agents if they go unanswered in a specific time frame. You can do that with sequential ringing. Sequential ringing is a handy feature for both businesses and individuals. Here's why it's useful:

✨ Ensures calls get answered: By ringing multiple numbers in a sequence, it's more likely someone will pick up the call. This is especially helpful if the first person is unavailable due to being busy, on another line, or out of the office.

✨ Reduces missed calls: No more worrying about missing important calls if you're briefly away from your desk. You can set it to ring your mobile phone after a certain number of rings on your office line.

How to Activate Sequential Ringing

Step 1. Go to Tracking > Call Flows

Step 2. Click on the “+Add” button on the top-right corner, or edit a pre-existing call flow.

Step 3. Click on the “+” button and choose the Sequential call routing option.

Step 4. Add your destination numbers and choose how many seconds you want the call to ring before jumping to a different one.

Step 5. Finish setting up your call flow. When you are done, go to Tracking > Numbers and assign it to tracking numbers.

And you are done! Now calls will be redirected if they go unanswered within your specified time frame.
