Can I create a workflow for missed calls?
Setting up a missed call workflow
Missing a call happens. Whether you’re stuck on another line, dealing with a technical glitch, or it's just after-hours, you can't always be there to pick up.
The goal is to make sure that when you do miss a call, you know about it instantly so you can save the lead.
How it works

Alternatively, you can manually create a workflow that triggers the moment a call goes unanswered and sends an alert directly to your email or phone.
The setup is as follows:
Step 1. Go to 'Workflows' and click on '+ Create'.

Step 2. In the Create a New Workflow menu, select 'From Scratch'.

Step 3. Once inside the workflow, click the '+' plus sign.

Step 4. Select 'Call Outcome' under the Call Details sub-menu, pick 'Not Answered', and hit 'OK'.

Step 5. Click on the plus sign again and select 'Perform action'. Then, hover down to the Integrations sub-menu and select 'Email Notifications'.
