Assign Custom Properties to Call Records (Manually)

How to manually assign Custom Properties to your Call Records



Step 1. Go to Activity >Calls. Click on the pencil icon to modify your call record.



If you don't see the pencil icon, you've probably deactivated it. To activate it, click on "Actions" and then "View Options". Then select either expand row or open pop-up, according to your needs.


Step 2. In your caller's profile, locate the custom property you wish to update and make the necessary changes. Your updates will be applied automatically.
