Template: how to set up and listen to voicemails

Voicemail captures a message from callers when no one answers.
The template creates a ready-made call flow with Dial and Voicemail already wired together; just assign a destination number and you're live.
Step 1. Open the template picker
- Go to Tracking > Call Flows.
- Click Create.
- Select From Template.
Step 2. Choose the Voicemail Call Flow template
- Hover over Voicemail Call Flow.
- Click Use template.

Step 3. Select your destination number
- The template is created and named automatically.
- Click the Dial action and select the destination number you want calls forwarded to before voicemail activates.

🎉 Your Voicemail Call Flow is ready. Assign it to a tracking number under Tracking > Numbers to go live.
