Template: How to enable Weighted Call Routing

Weighted Routing
Weighted ringing offers the following advantages to businesses who want to improve how they route calls:
- Skill-based routing: You can assign weights based on agent skills and expertise. Agents with a higher score receive calls related to that topic.
- Workload balancing: Weighted ringing helps distribute calls more evenly among agents, creating balanced workloads between agents.
- Agent specialization: Help your agents specialize in a specific area so they can better handle complex inquiries.
How to enable Weighted Ringing
Step 1. Go to Tracking > Call Flows and click on 'Create'.

Step 2. In the Create a New Call Flow menu, select 'From Template'.

Step 3. In the Call Flow Templates menu, hover over to 'Weighted Call Flow' and click on 'Use template'.

Step 4. Your Weighted Call Flow has been created and automatically named. All you have to do is select the destination numbers and you're good to go!

Step 5. Your Weighted Call Flow is ready!
