Call Flows


Call flows define what happens to an incoming call from the moment it reaches your business until it ends. They let you control how calls are routed, tracked, and handled, ensuring each caller reaches the right destination while capturing the data you need for accurate attribution and reporting.


With call flows, you can:


  • Route calls intelligently based on rules like source, campaign, time of day, or caller location
  • Customize the caller experience using steps such as IVR menus, greetings, or call forwarding
  • Measure and optimize performance by tracking call outcomes, conversions, and agent activity


How to set up a Simple Call Flow


Step 1. Go to Tracking > Call Flows and click on 'Create'.



Step 2. In the Create a New Call Flow menu, select 'From Template'.



Step 3. In the Call Flow Templates menu, hover over to 'Simple Call Flow' and click on 'Use template'.



Step 4. Your Simple Call Flow has been created and automatically named. All you have to do is select the destination number and you're good to go!



Step 5. Your Simple Call Flow is ready!
