Nimbata reports to analyze activity per tracking number

Reports per tracking number


Nimbata gives you access to a series of different reports so you can monitor and analyze your call data any way you like. In this help article, we will look at how you can track the performance of individual tracking numbers. To do so, follow the steps outlined below:


Step 1. Go to Analytics > Trends.



Step 2. Click on the 'Channel' menu on the upper-left side and select 'Tracking Number'.



Step 3. Select the time period you want to view data for and click on 'Apply'.



Step 4. If you'd like to apply any filters, click on 'Filters' and select which ones you want to apply from the right-side menu.



Once you select the filter of your choice, click on 'Apply'. Feel free to add as many filters as you need.




Step 5. Select the view of the data you prefer; as percentages (default) or as numbers by clicking on the 'as %' blue text.



Step 6. Go to the bottom-left side of your report and select the type of data visualization your prefer; either Line (default) or Column.



Here's what the report above looks like with Column visualization:



Step 7. Under the Column view, the as % and as # visualization options are replaced by 'Show Total' and 'Show by Group'. You can access them at the same spot as the as % and as # options. Here's what they look like:

Step 8. Select the time period you wish your data to be summarized in; Day (default), Week, or Month.



NOTE: You can download your report data in excel or CSV form using the buttons under the Day/Week/Month and Line/Column:

You can download each chart as a PNG image, JPG image, PDF document, SVG vector image or even as CSV document by clicking on the arrows on the top right corner of each chart.
