Analyze the activity of your tracking numbers



Quickly analyze the activity of your tracking numbers to uncover valuable insights. Use the Summary Report for an instant overview or dive deeper with the Trends Report by applying filters and customizing your data view. This guide will walk you through the steps to effectively track and analyze your numbers.

Reports per tracking number



Navigate to  Analytics and select the Trends reports. The Summary Report displays the activity of your tracking numbers without any further action.

For the Trends report you should:

Step 1. Go to Analytics > Trends



Step 2. Select Tracking Number, from the menu on the upper left.



Step 3. Select the period you want to track and click on "Apply".



Step 4. Apply the filters you wish by clicking on the filter icon. For example, if you want to only see your answered call you should choose Call Outcome = Answered.



Step 5. Analyze your data!



You can download each chart as a PNG image, JPG image, PDF document, SVG vector image or even as CSV document by clicking on the arrows on the top right corner of each chart.
