How to Send Conversion Values to Google Ads (Manually)

If your sales team or client manually tracks actual closed revenue per call, you can configure Nimbata to automatically push these specific dollar values back to Google Ads as Offline Conversion Tracking (OCT) events.

Prerequisites

To create Offline Conversion Tracking Events, an active Google Ads Integration connected in your Nimbata account must exist and the user must have access to the Activity > Calls dashboard.

Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1: Record the Sale Value:

Navigate to Activity > Calls in your Nimbata dashboard.
Locate the completed call record.
Edit the call details and enter the monetary sale amount into the Value field.

Step 2: Create the Property Update Workflow:

Go to Workflows in the Nimbata menu.
Create a new workflow and set the trigger to: "When a user updates a property".
Choose Perform Action and select Value from the list on the right
Add a filter rule: Value >= your desired threshold and click OK

Step 3: Enable Values in Google Ads Integration

  1. Go to Integrations > Google Ads.
  2. Check the box for "Include value" located next to the conversion. Your changes are automatically saved.

Behind the Scenes

Whenever a user updates a call record's Value field to $1 or higher, Nimbata triggers your workflow and transmits the associated Google Click ID (GCLID) along with the exact revenue value directly back to your Google Ads conversion reports.
