How to filter views (date + value-based filters)

How to filter your views


Filters help you get the call data you need in just a few steps. You can both filter default views, such as 'All Calls', 'Answered Calls', and 'Voicemail', and custom views.



1. With date filters


Step 1. Date filters are the most common ones used. To apply them, go to your Call Activity Report under Activity > Calls.



Step 2. Click on the date range next to 'Filters' and above your data. Select the date range you wish to view data for and hit 'Apply'.



Step 3. [Optional] You can save this view to access the data in the selected date range or export it to an excel or CSV file.


To save your view:


  1. Click on the three dots under '+ Add view' and hit 'Save as' on the pop-up menu.



  1. Name your view and click on 'Save'.



To export your view:


  1. Click on the three dots and select 'Export data' from the pop-up menu.



  1. Select the format you wish to download the data in (.xlsx or .csv) and click on 'Export'.



  1. You will see a blue notification informing you that your exported data file will be ready soon.



  1. Once the file is ready to be downloaded, you will receive a blue ring-bell notification informing you of the fact. View the notification and click on the link to download your file.



  1. You will also be notified of your completed export via email - feel free to click on the link to download your export!



2. With value-based filters


Step 1. If you need value-based filtering, you can modify your view using filters.. Click on 'Filters' on the upper-left side of the report.



Step 2. Let's assume you only wish to view call data for those calls that include a recording. After selecting the 'Recording' filter as shown above, click on 'Apply'.



Step 3. [Optional] You can save this view to access the data in the selected date range or export it to an excel or CSV file.
