How to delete projects

To delete one of your existing projects follow the steps below:

Step 1. Click on your user avatar and select 'Projects'.

Step 2. Click on the project you wish to delete.

Step 3. Once in the project's main page, click on the 'Delete' button at the bottom.

Step 4: A pop-up message warning you of the project's permanent deletion will show up. Click on 'Remove'.

Step 5. You will be notified of your project's successful or unsuccessful deletion through a brief message at the top of your screen.

Green means your project has been deleted successfully.

Red means your project is tied to one or more tracking numbers and/or destinations that you need to disconnect from it first before going ahead with its deletion.

🎉 That's it! A message will inform you that the project has been successfully removed.
