How to access reports per call tag (Analytics Reports + Customizable Dashboard examples)
There are two methods to analyze the quality of your calls based on how they have been tagged. The first is through Analytics Reports (such as Trends, Tracking Source, Missed Calls, or Compare Periods reports), and the second is through your Customizable Dashboard.
1st Method
Step 1. Navigate to Analytics and select among Trends, Tracking Source, Missed Calls or Compare Periods reports. In this example I'll go with Analytics > Missed Calls.
Step 2. Select the period you want to track and click on 'Apply'.
Step 3. Select 'Call Tags' from the 'Channel' menu on the upper-left side.
Step 4. Your data is ready!

2nd Method
Step 1. Go to Analytics > Dashboard and click on the '+ Add' button on the upper left of your screen and select the 'Calls' chart category.
Step 2. Type 'tag' in the search bar that appears. Click on the 'Add' button to include the report(s) of your choice from the list (I've added everything like a maximalist).
Step 3. Select your desired time frame and click on 'Apply'. We're going with '6 months' in this one.
Step 4. [Optional] Then, apply any filters you need. I always go with the trusted 'Recording' filter.
