How can I view the change history / audit log in my Nimbata account?
Is there a way to view the change history / audit log in Nimbata?
Does Nimbata offer the ability to view changes and history of edits?
On Agency plans only, Nimbata offers the ability to view change history logs and sort them according to:
- User(s): Select any/all number of users under the account.
- Project(s): Select any/all of the project(s) you wish to view changes for under the account.
- Service(s): Select any/all of the services available, such as call flows, custom fields, custom URL parameters, destination numbers, organization, projects, tracking numbers, tracking sources, workflows, and all of Nimbata's integrations.
- Action(s): Select any/all of the following system actions - create, purchase, assign, update, remove, and delete.
How to view your change history / audit log in Nimbata
Step 1. On the Nimbata app homepage hover over to your user icon, click, and go to 'Account Settings'.

Step 2. On the left-hand-side menu, head to 'Change History'.

Step 3. Filter your view by users, projects, services, and actions to set the right view for the changes you wish to look into.

You're all set!
You can now view and audit all changes made under call flows, workflows, tracking numbers, custom fields, and the rest of Nimbata's features!
