An AI Call Analysis workflow lets Nimbata automatically analyze every call after it ends, so you can get instant, structured insights without listening to recordings or reading full transcripts. Using AI Summaries, AI Notes, AI Tags, Ratings, and Call Value, you can turn conversations into measurable data that’s ready for reporting, attribution, and optimization.

With an AI Call Analysis workflow, you can:


  • Summarize and extract key details from every call automatically (intent, outcomes, objections, follow-ups)
  • Auto-tag, rate, and qualify leads so your team can quickly spot high-quality calls and filter the noise
  • Assign call value and track ROI by translating call outcomes into real performance signals you can optimize around


How to create an AI Call Analysis workflow


Step 1. Go to Workflows and click on 'Create'.



Step 2. In the Create a New Workflow menu, select 'From Template'.



Step 3. In the Workflow Templates menu, hover over to 'AI Call Analysis' and click on 'Use template'.



Step 4. Your AI Call Analysis workflow has been created and automatically named. To activate it:


EITHER:


  • Click on the 'Enable' button at the top-right corner:



OR:


Head back to the main Workflows menu and look for your workflow titled 'AI Call Analysis'. Hover over to the turned off toggle button and toggle it on. Nimbata will notify you that you have successfully enabled your workflow with the message 'Workflow "AI Call Analysis" was successfully enabled.'



And that's it - your workflow is now live!
