Missed Call Email Alert

Missed calls happen whether you’re busy, dealing with technical issues, or simply away from the phone. A Missed Call Email Alert workflow makes sure you find out immediately, so you can follow up fast and avoid losing leads. In this workflow, Nimbata triggers an email notification when a call ends as not answered, and sends it to your connected email recipient(s). With a Missed Call Email Alert workflow, you can:

  • Get notified instantly every time a call is missed, so no lead slips through the cracks
  • Route alerts to the right people (you, your team, or your client) with the call details included
  • Add extra filtering criteria (source, time of day, caller type, etc.) so alerts fire only when it matters
