Template: How to create a Google Analytics Call Event workflow

Google Analytics Call Event

The Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Call Event workflow lets you send Nimbata calls to Google Analytics as events, so phone leads appear alongside your website and campaign data. When session-based tracking is available, calls can be associated with the originating session (such as source / medium or campaign), helping you understand what’s driving conversions.

With the GA4 Call Event workflow, you can:

  • Send calls to GA4 as events, either for all calls or only those matching specific conditions
  • View available session attribution (such as source / medium or campaign) when session-based tracking applies
  • Measure call conversions in GA4 and use that data to support reporting and optimization

IMPORTANT: Make sure your GA4 integration is already connected in Nimbata before enabling this workflow.
