Template: How to create a Google Analytics Call Event workflow

Google Analytics Call Event

The Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Call Event workflow lets you send your Nimbata calls to Google Analytics as events, so your phone leads show up alongside your website and campaign data. This makes it easy to tie every call back to its session-level attribution (source / medium, campaign, keyword) and understand what’s actually driving conversions, just like you do with clicks. With the GA4 Call Event workflow, you can:

  • Send every call to GA4 as an event (or only the calls that match specific conditions)
  • See full session attribution for each call including campaign, source / medium, and keyword
  • Measure call conversions in GA4 and use that data to improve reporting and optimization across channels
