Facebook Call Events


Facebook Call Events let you send your Nimbata call conversions to Meta Events Manager, so you can see which Facebook campaigns actually drive calls, and optimize based on real outcomes, not just clicks. It’s the easiest way to connect your offline phone leads with your online ad interactions and get a clearer picture of what’s working. With Facebook Call Events, you can:


  • Track call conversions inside Meta by pushing key call events from Nimbata directly to Meta Events Manager
  • Tie calls back to specific campaigns and ads so you know exactly what’s driving leads and sales
  • Optimize your Facebook campaigns with call data and shift budget toward the ads bringing in your best calls


How to create a Facebook Call Event workflow


Step 1. Go to Workflows and click on 'Create'.



Step 2. In the Create a New Workflow menu, select 'From Template'.



Step 3. In the Workflow Templates menu, hover over to 'Facebook Call Event' and click on 'Use template'.



Step 4. Your Facebook Call Event workflow has been created and automatically named. To activate it:


EITHER:


  • Click on the 'Enable' button at the top-right corner:




OR:


Head back to the main Workflows menu and look for your workflow titled 'Facebook Call Event'. Hover over to the turned off toggle button and toggle it on. Nimbata will notify you that you have successfully enabled your workflow with the message 'Workflow "Facebook Call Event" was successfully enabled.'



You're good to go!
