Integration Triggers

Integration Triggers allow you to set rules, regarding which calls are sent to one of your active integrations.
To begin navigate to "Integrations - Triggers".
You'll find the default triggered named "After Every Call". To create your own trigger click on the "+" button located at the bottom right.

Choose how you would like your calls to be filtered by clicking on one of the icons.



As an example we will show how to setup the following trigger: First Time Callers with duration over 60 seconds.







You can now use this trigger on any integration you wish.
Head over to "Integrations - Manage", locate the application you wish to set the trigger and choose your trigger from the dropdown list.
Note: Only active integrations are shown. If you don't see the app you wish to set the trigger, head over to the app's integration page and activate it.

As an example we set Google Ads to receive data from our newly created trigger.
