How to port your existing phone numbers to Nimbata
Porting your existing phone numbers to Nimbata allows you to use your familiar business numbers as tracking numbers, ensuring continuity while gaining call analytics.
Step 1. Initiate the porting request
Because porting requires coordination with your current carrier, you must reach out to the Nimbata support team to start the process.
- Head over to https://www.nimbata.com/contact to reach the Nimbata support team.
- Provide your current carrier details, the phone numbers to be ported, and proof of ownership.
Step 2. Prepare for the transfer
- Do not cancel your service with your current carrier during the porting process.
- Gather the documentation required by your country to verify ownership of the numbers.

Assign your numbers
- Go to Tracking > Numbers.
