Missing calls is something no one can avoid completely. Sometimes you might be too busy, face technical issues, or simply be absent.


In that case, creating a workflow that will notify you of any missed calls will make sure you know immediately and take action.


Below you can see a barebones, missed calls workflow.


It's very simple. You set it to trigger at the end of a not-answered call and to fire a notification to your connected email account.


You can ofcourse add more filtering criteria, like source of the call, time of call, etc.
