Read and analyze the calls your business receives.
- Navigate to "Setup - Add-Ons".
- Click on the "Transcription" box.
- Activate the Status slider for the Transcriptions.
- If you haven't enabled Call Recording please do so. The Transcriptions are now enabled.
- To read the Transcriptions head over to "Activity-Post Call" and click on .
- On screen will appear a box with the call's transcriptions. Please note that after the end of the call a few minutes are required in order for the transcriptions to be available.
