Record inbound calls and download, listen or rate them from your Activity Page:
- Navigate to "Setup - Add-Ons".
- Click on the "Call Recording" box.
- Activate the Status slider for the Call Recording.
- To enable Call Recording on your active tracking numbers, head to "Setup - Call Flows".
- Select the tracking numbers for which you want to enable Call Recording, and click on the microphone icon to enable the service on.
- Press "Save" right and down on the screen.
- The icon representing the service will show up next to your destination, as per below.
- To listen to the Call Recordings head over to "Activity-Post Call" and click on the button.
- Click on the "Play" button to listen to the call and download it if you wish.
