Setting up your first call flow requires you have added at least one tracking number and one destination under your account.
- Navigate to "Setup - Call Flows" and click on "Go To Destinations".
- Click on "Setup Destination Numbers".
- Add the phone number where calls will be routed to, give a Destination Name, and hit the "Save Destination" button.
- We will receive a notification that the destination number was successfully added.
- Navigate to "Setup - Call Flows" and from the drop-down menu select a destination number where calls will be routed to.
- Click on the "Save" button at the bottom of your screen.
- You are ready to go! Any calls made towards your tracking number will be forwarded to the destination you selected.
