    To listen to the Call Recordings Head over to "Activity-Calls" and select the "Answered Calls" Tab Click on the "Play" button to listen to the call and download it if you wish.Few readers
  • Transcriptions
    Read and analyze the calls your business receives. Navigate to "Setup - Add-Ons". Click on the "Transcription" box. Activate the Status slider for the Transcriptions.Few readers
  • Read transcriptions
    To read the Transcriptions Ηead over to "Activity-Post Call" and click on . On screen will appear a box with the call's transcriptions. Please note that after the end of the call a few minutes are required in order for the transcriptions to be available.Few readers
  • Voice Mail
    Nimbata's Voicemail add-on allows you to have callers leave a Voice Mail if they are unable to connect in their call attempt. Navigate to "Setup - Add-Ons". Click on the "Voice Mail" box.  Activate the Status slider for the Voice Mail Add-on. CFew readers
  • Incoming Caller ID
    By default, incoming calls will show the caller's number on your Caller ID. By enabling this feature, your Caller ID will show the tracking number instead of your caller's real number.   • Call Survey (for Brands)
    Call Surveys allow you to enter additional information to each call. Simply wait for the customer to hang up and the agent will hear a survey, allowing her to tag the call through the use of the keypad.   • Block Unwanted or Spam Callers (for Brands)
    If you receive repetitive spam calls from the same caller ID, that number can be blocked to prevent them from calling you in the future. From the main menu, navigate to "Setup -Add-ons".
