Set up your First Call Flow

After setting up your tracking numbers and destination, the final step is the Call Flows setup.



To create a Call Flow:

Navigate to Setup > Call Flows or simply choose Call Flows from the main menu





Select the phone number where calls will be routed to.



Click on the "Save" button at the bottom of your screen.



We will receive a notification that the destination number was successfully added.

You are ready to go! Any calls made towards your tracking number will be forwarded to the destination you selected.
