# How to download call recordings

| Before you start: Call recording must be enabled on the call flow associated with the call. If you haven't set up recording yet, follow: [How to enable a call recording](https://help.nimbata.com/en/article/how-to-enable-a-call-recording-1dtkuq8/).

Call recordings can be downloaded individually from the call activity log.

### Step 1. Open the calls log

* Go to [Activity > Calls](https://app.nimbata.com/activity/calls).
* You will land on the **Completed calls** tab by default.

### Step 2. Find the recording you want to download

* Locate the call in the list.
* Click the **Play** button on that call row to open the audio player.

### Step 3. Download the recording

* In the audio player, click the **download icon** to save the recording to your device.

|| Recordings are only available for calls where recording was active at the time of the call. If no Play button appears on a call row, recording was not enabled for that call.
