# How to create Scheduled Email Reports

# **How to create and edit scheduled email reports:**

Scheduled Email Alerts allow you to automatically receive recurring summaries of your call activity—inbound call and form submission summaries, missed call reports, GA pool status —delivered directly to your inbox.

This guide helps you configure, schedule, and send automated email reports to your team.

**Step 1. Navigate to Scheduled Emails**

Go to [__Account > Scheduled Emails__ ](https://app.nimbata.com/account/scheduled-emails/add)

**Choose your Report Type:** You can choose between Inbound Call Summary, Inbound Missed Calls Report, and Form Submission Summary

**Schedule** your report (choose between daily/ weekly/ monthly) and **Group** your report’s rows by selecting one of the options in the dropdown menu (project/ Tracking number/ channel/ UTM or tags)

**Select view content**: Click this option if you wish to Include link to your full report.

**Select your recipients:** Select the users that will receive the report. You have the option to also include yourself in that list, by clicking on the relevant option below the selection dropdown menu.

**Hit Send Test** and you are set!

**Step 3. Add more scheduled email reports (Optional)**

Once the first scheduled email has been created, you edit it, or create more via the Scheduled Emails dashboard, by clicking **+ Add** at the top right of the page:

You can also delete a scheduled email by selecting it and clicking on the red bin icon.

🎉 All set! Your scheduled emails are configured to be sent at your selected schedule!
