# How to cancel your subscription

### Step 1. Open Account Settings

* Click your **user avatar** in the top-right corner.
* Select [Account Settings](https://app.nimbata.com/account/profile).

### Step 2. Go to Plans & Billing

* Click **Plans & Billing** in the Account Settings menu.

### Step 3. Open Manage Subscription

* Click **Manage Subscription**.

### Step 4. Submit the cancellation form

* Enter your **email address** (required) and **tax ID** (optional).
* Click **I'm sure I want to cancel**.

|| You may be asked to complete a brief exit survey. Your feedback helps Nimbata improve.

### Step 5. Confirm

* Click **Cancel** to finalize the cancellation.

🎉 Your subscription has been cancelled. A confirmation message will appear on screen.
