Format Appearance of Tracking Numbers
Nimbata allows you to format the way tracking numbers appear on your website. By default, tracking numbers are displayed with no formatting (e.g. 19172849439). If you wish to format the appearance by adding spaces or dashes, follow the steps below.
Navigate to "Setup - Tracking".
Click on the tracking number you wish to format.
Make your changes and hit the confirmation button.
You'll receive a confirmation message about the changes you made.
Repeat the process for any additional tracking numbers under your account.
Tracking numbers will now display on your website with the updates made!
